About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Account Manager to join our sales and services team at Metso. Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the site level, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging Metso's portfolio and expertise to drive growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless cooperation and coordination.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, aligning with Metso's overall objectives.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to optimize business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing key accounts within the minerals or metals industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the minerals or metals industry, including market trends and customer needs.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related field.
