We are seeking a highly skilled Site Account Manager to join our sales and services team at Metso. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve profitable business growth from allocated sites.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to enhance Metso's value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and delivery of Metso's services.
- Manage customer relationships, including regular business reviews, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging Metso's portfolio and services to drive growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer business, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing key accounts within the minerals or metals industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, sales, and revenue expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High level of computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with a bias for action and attention to detail.
