About the Role

Metso is seeking a highly skilled Site Account Manager to join our sales and services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers at the site level, promoting Metso's value-adding offering, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a site account strategy to drive profitable business growth and enhance customer relationships.
  2. Identify and prioritize key customer activities, ensuring seamless cooperation with Metso functions and resources.
  3. Understand customer business needs and be able to articulate Metso's added value, driving sales and revenue growth.
  4. Lead a unified Metso approach towards the customer, ensuring efficient information sharing and collaboration.
  5. Document and follow up on findings, concerns, and problems at the site, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in managing key accounts within the minerals or metals industry.
  2. Greater than 60% of time spent on site, with a strong understanding of customer business needs and industry trends.
  3. Experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  4. Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Ability to work in a large matrix organization, with a strong understanding of Metso's portfolio and services business.
