About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Account Manager to join our Sales and Services team at Metso Corporation. As a Site Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers at the site level, promoting Metso's value-adding offerings, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and understand customer business needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer-facing activities.
  • Drive sales growth and revenue expansion through effective account management and business development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Metso remains competitive.
  • Provide regular business reviews and insights to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in managing key accounts within the minerals or metals industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
