Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at One's Nails & Spa. Ltd. As a key member of our spa operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Client Support: Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact when emergency situations arise and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress and other reports as required.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, and possibly review their performance.
  • Training and Development: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
