Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work to ensure that our facilities and equipment are in good working order.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional support to our clients, including assisting with special needs and ensuring that their experience is nothing short of exceptional.
- Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact in emergency situations, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and effective support.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production levels, ensuring that our services meet the highest expectations.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, as well as other administrative tasks as required.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain our high standards.
- Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, while also training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our spa team, ensuring that our high standards are consistently met.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Personal Qualities: Demonstrate exceptional client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
- Experience: Possess at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of spa operations and management.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Work Hours: Work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as required.
