Position Overview

The Spa Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of spa services at One's Nails & Spa. Ltd. This position involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Coordination: Arrange for necessary maintenance and repair work to uphold spa standards.
  • Client Assistance: Provide support to clients with special requirements, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Emergency Management: Act as the primary contact for handling emergency situations effectively.
  • Quality Monitoring: Supervise and assess quality and production levels to maintain high service standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit various reports on progress and operational metrics.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, offer technical guidance, and suggest improvements for productivity and quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee, coordinate, and schedule the activities of spa staff, including training on job duties and safety protocols.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish effective work schedules and procedures to optimize operations.
