Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
- Oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure the spa environment is safe and welcoming.
- Assist clients with special requirements, ensuring their needs are met with care.
- Act as the primary contact for managing emergency situations effectively.
- Monitor service quality and productivity levels to uphold the spa's reputation.
- Prepare and present various reports on progress and operations.
- Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support daily operations.
- Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggestions for enhancing productivity and service quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule staff activities, ensuring optimal workflow.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Establish effective work schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency.
- Strong client focus and dedication to service excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.
