Key Responsibilities- Client Services: Provide exceptional client service and ensure that all clients receive a high level of care and attention.
- Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of spa staff, including therapists and support staff.
- Operations: Assist with the preparation and submission of progress reports, requisition and order materials and supplies, and resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and establish work schedules and procedures.
- Supervision: Supervise 1-2 team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and work under pressure.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a spa or related environment.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and a team player.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
