Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Supervisor to join our team at 10546976 CANADA INC. As a key member of our spa operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our wellness center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa experience.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, utilizing your judgment and initiative to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Reporting and Requisitioning: Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient spa environment.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of spa staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality treatments.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless operations and optimal productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods and working under pressure
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic
