Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at One's Nails & Spa. Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work to ensure that our facilities and equipment are in good working order.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients with special needs, ensuring that their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact in emergency situations, providing calm and effective leadership to ensure a smooth resolution.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our spa team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operational Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.

  • Work Term: This is a permanent position, requiring a long-term commitment to the spa and its clients.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Hours of Work: The typical workweek is 30-40 hours, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
