Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of spa staff, including training and development.
  • Operations: Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures, ensuring seamless delivery of spa services.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal spa operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a spa or related environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
