**Job Summary**
Silver Hotel Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at the Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing the sales strategy of our boutique hotel, driving occupancy, average daily rate, and market share growth.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in sales or a related field. You will work closely with our Regional Director of Sales to develop and implement effective sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and drive business growth through innovative solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive occupancy, average daily rate, and market share growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director of Sales to develop and implement effective sales plans.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
About the Location
The Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown is an intimate, boutique-style hotel located in the heart of downtown Toronto. This hotel offers stunning views of Lake Ontario and the CN Tower, making it the perfect destination for business and leisure travelers alike.

Requirements
