About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Artistry Coordinator to join our team in Toronto. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description

The Sales and Artistry Coordinator will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing strategies to achieve optimal financial results, and ensuring superior service to customers.

This includes:

  • Developing and implementing sales plans to meet and exceed targets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key retailers and stakeholders
  • Providing expert artistry advice and guidance to customers and retail teams
  • Ensuring effective inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of beauty industry experience, preferably in retail management
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to influence others and build strong relationships
  • Demonstrated success in creating sales strategy and achieving sales plans
Benefits
