Sales and Artistry Business Development Manager, Toronto

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Artistry Coordinator to join our team in Toronto. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job DescriptionThe Sales and Artistry Coordinator will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing strategies to achieve optimal financial results, and ensuring superior service to customers.
This includes:
- Developing and implementing sales plans to meet and exceed targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with key retailers and stakeholders
- Providing expert artistry advice and guidance to customers and retail teams
- Ensuring effective inventory management and visual merchandising
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of beauty industry experience, preferably in retail management
- Intermediate skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to influence others and build strong relationships
- Demonstrated success in creating sales strategy and achieving sales plans
We offer a competitive salary range of $106,000-$111,000 CAD, plus benefits including healthcare, commuter pre-tax program, 401(K) employer match, and Tilbury Treats employee discount platform.
