Your Role
  • You will be the key account owner, responsible for fostering long-term relationships with our enterprise clients and understanding their unique needs.
  • Develop and execute cross-selling and upselling initiatives to expand existing accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Present data-driven insights to clients through comprehensive reports and QBRs, leveraging your strong presentation skills to demonstrate value.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to inform product strategy and ensure customer success.
