We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction and growth across our enterprise client base.

About the Role

This position combines customer advocacy, strategic collaboration, and a commitment to delivering value through exceptional service and support.

  • Drive clients to successful production deployment, ensuring they are positioned for expansion and maximizing the value they gain from Botpress.
  • Develop customized success plans, manage client onboarding, and proactively address any roadblocks to drive sustained engagement and satisfaction.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, and Product teams to execute impactful change management strategies and optimize platform benefits.
  • Regularly track and analyze account health metrics, identify expansion opportunities, and communicate client feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five (5) years of customer success experience in PaaS or SaaS within a product-centric or service-driven organization.
  • A strong passion for fostering client relationships and nurturing expansion opportunities, with demonstrated experience supporting successful client outcomes and growth.
  • Bilingual in French and English (required); proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical solutions in an accessible manner to various stakeholders.
  • Experience in scaling customer success initiatives within high-performance environments.
