About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MS Office, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and distribute mail and other materials efficiently
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with accuracy
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision
