Primary Purpose
The Administrative Support Coordinator plays a critical role at tri OS College, serving as the first point of contact for all visitors and ensuring a positive impression of the institution. This position requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a warm demeanor to create a welcoming environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct incoming telephone calls
- Greet all visitors to the campus
- Carry out campus closing procedures
- Maintain common areas (kitchen, lobby, meeting rooms, etc.)
- Provide administrative support to daily campus operations
- Assist with newsletters, digital signage, events, and other tasks as needed
Requirements
- Minimum college diploma from a business-related program
- Minimum of one year experience in a related occupation
- 1-2 years of proven success in customer service required
- Proficient in using office software and communication tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, email, and phone systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
