Job Title: Demand Generation Marketing Manager

Recollective is seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement demand generation programs across multiple channels, including marketing automation, events, and search engine marketing.
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns to capture and nurture leads, with a focus on optimizing website lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize paid social, paid search, and retargeting channels to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales enablement strategies, including content development and lead management.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques to drive marketing performance and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in demand generation or a related field.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software, including Pardot, Mailchimp, and Salesforce.
  • Deep understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Post-secondary degree in marketing or a related field.
