The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to join our team at TechInsights. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing programs for specific business segments.

Your primary focus will be on creating annual marketing plans and developing content that supports lead generation efforts. You will work closely with our Business Development team to drive marketing activities aimed at expanding business opportunities.

In collaboration with our marketing operations team, you will ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and report on campaign performance throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute fully integrated marketing plans for allocated customer segments.
  2. Collaborate with Segment Leads and Product Marketing to drive targeted initiatives.
  3. Manage newsletters, including content and subscriber lists, with a focus on growing active user engagement.
  4. Build and manage integrated campaigns using digital advertising, social media, media partnerships, and email.
  5. Oversee the planning and execution of webinars and seminars, including processes and content.
  6. Track, report, and analyze marketing activities, providing weekly updates on email, advertising, and social media performance.
  7. Review campaign impact through platform analytics and provide regular updates to the Business Development, Sales, and Customer Engagement teams.
Requirements
  1. Post Secondary education in Marketing or related fields.
  2. 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in an information services industry or related field.
  3. 2+ years of experience with reporting in Salesforce.
  4. Motivated self-starter, with a strong drive for continuous learning and growth.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  6. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  7. Experience working cross functionally across organizations.
  8. Experience collaborating with sales and business development considered a strong asset.
