Job Title: Demand Generation Marketing Manager

Recollective Inc. is a leading provider of online research software, recognized for its innovative approach to qualitative research and customer insight communities.

We're seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive leads and revenue for our company.

As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Executing marketing programs to capture and nurture leads across multiple channels
  • Identifying new marketing activities that deliver a flow of marketing-qualified leads while monitoring ROI and optimizing CAC
  • Supporting the forecasting of lead generation targets
  • Directly managing paid social, paid search, and retargeting channels
  • Inbound SDR Management; guiding SDR campaigns, setting goals for conversion of leads to opportunities, managing and developing the team
  • Budget Management; tracking marketing campaign ROI and adjusting planned budget allocation in line with results and annual sales objectives
  • Lead Management; tracking and managing lead lifecycle and conversion rates
  • Monitoring industry trends and staying up-to-date on new technologies and techniques
  • Assisting in landing page and content development to target customers throughout the customer lifecycle

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in demand generation or a related field
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software (such as Pardot, Mailchimp, and Salesforce)
  • Deep understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Post-secondary degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience in the market research industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plus
