We're seeking a skilled Demand Generation Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive leads and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing programs to capture and nurture leads across multiple channels
  • Execute marketing automation, lead generation through events and search engine marketing, and optimize website lead generation
  • Identify new marketing activities that deliver a flow of marketing-qualified leads while monitoring ROI and optimizing CAC
  • Support forecasting of lead generation targets
  • Directly manage paid social, paid search, and retargeting channels
  • Inbound SDR Management; guide SDR campaigns, set goals for conversion of leads to opportunities, manage and develop the team
  • Budget Management; track marketing campaign ROI and adjust planned budget allocation in line with results and annual sales objectives
  • Lead Management; track and manage lead lifecycle and conversion rates
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques
  • Assist in landing page and content development to target customers throughout the customer lifecycle
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in demand generation or a related field
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software (such as Pardot, Mailchimp, and Salesforce)
  • Deep understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Post-secondary degree in marketing or related field
  • Experience in the market research industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plus
