Senior Director, Demand Generation

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Director, Demand Generation to join our team at Assent. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-impact demand generation strategies that drive growth and revenue for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive demand generation plans that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Build and lead a team of marketing professionals who are passionate about delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.
- Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and content teams to drive new opportunities and campaign workflows.
- Optimize Channel and ABM Strategies: Leverage data insights to optimize channel and ABM program strategies and drive maximum ROI from our marketing investments.
- Design and Implement Marketing Automation: Drive marketing automation through leading best practices in system usage, integration, and reporting.
- Contribute to Marketing Leadership: Contribute to the overall success and leadership of marketing at Assent, as a leader of the Marketing organization.
- 15+ Years of Marketing Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading marketing teams and driving revenue growth in the B2B Enterprise SaaS market.
- 5-7 Years in Senior Leadership Roles: Experience in senior leadership roles, with a focus on demand generation and marketing strategy.
- Expertise in Marketing Automation, Web Analytics, and Salesforce: Proven expertise in marketing automation, web analytics, and Salesforce, with a track record of successful implementation.
- Strong Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Ability to analyze and derive meaning from data, and translate it into actionable changes.
- Outstanding Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
