Job Title: Demand Generation Marketing Manager

Recollective Inc. is a leading provider of online research software for conducting qualitative research studies and fostering strategic customer insight communities. As a fast-growing tech company located in Ottawa, Canada, we have ambitious goals and a dynamic work environment.

We are seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategies to generate leads and revenue for the company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in demand generation, a deep understanding of the sales process, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Creation: Identify new marketing activities that deliver a flow of marketing-qualified leads while monitoring ROI and optimizing CAC.
  • Lead Delivery: Deliver against the weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Forecasting: Support the forecasting of lead generation targets.
  • Paid: Directly manage the paid social, paid search, and retargeting channels.
  • Inbound SDR Management: Help guide SDR campaigns, set goals for conversion of leads to opportunities, manage and develop the team.
  • Budget Management: Track marketing campaign ROI and adjust planned budget allocation in line with results and annual sales objectives.
  • Lead Management: Track and manage lead lifecycle and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as product, to create cohesive demand generation efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques.
  • Assist in landing page and content development to target customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in demand generation or a related field.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software (such as Pardot, Mailchimp, and Salesforce).
  • Deep understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Post-secondary degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in the market research industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plus.
