Medication Care Specialist

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled Medication Care Manager to join our team. As a Medication Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner, ensuring the highest degree of quality care for our residents.
- Documentation and Communication: Accurately document medication administration and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
- Resident Care: Provide individualized care to residents, promoting their dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
- Risk Management and Safety: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with certifications in CPR and First Aid.
- Experience: Previous experience working with seniors, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
