Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business that meets the criteria set out by our Executive Team.

This role requires identifying viable opportunities through market research, qualifying potential clients, and communicating Unisync's experience, products, and services to them effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and qualifying prospective clients based on target customer profile criteria.
  • Conducting weekly phone sessions to engage with potential new business opportunities.
  • Preparing and coordinating proposals that highlight Unisync's strengths and offerings.
  • Managing client submission requirements, deadlines, and proposal development processes.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of Unisync's product and service offerings.
  • Analyzing competition and leveraging Unisync's strengths against competitor weaknesses.
  • Collaborating with internal department leads and SMEs throughout the proposal development process.
  • Tracking upcoming RFP release dates for key target clients.
  • Conducting debriefs for unsuccessful sales proposals and providing feedback to the Executive Team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales hunting role.
