The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Administrative Support: Carry out administrative activities, co-ordinate and plan for office services, and oversee administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
