We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at MyLocal Teamsdelivery Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures: Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the office.
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures: Regularly review and evaluate current procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff: Assign tasks and responsibilities to office support staff to ensure effective use of resources and efficient workflow.

You will also be responsible for establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines. Additionally, you will administer policies and procedures related to record release, coordinate office services, and assist in preparing operating budgets.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work hours: 30 hours per week

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will also have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
