Campaigner, a Ziff Davis brand, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key customers, focusing on customer retention and growth.

We are looking for a consultative and analytical individual who can gain a strong understanding of our clients' goals and ensure product and service alignment.

  • Effectively manage contract renewals and re-negotiations.
  • Grow account revenue through up-sell and cross-sell efforts, leveraging knowledge of sister brands.
  • Mitigate risk among the account base by actively monitoring and addressing potential issues.
  • Identify key contacts, decision makers, and executives for each account and maintain regular communication.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Campaigner's product features and ensure accounts are utilizing them effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing changes and communicate these to clients, providing recommendations for implementation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in email marketing, working with a talented team to drive business growth.

Requirements
  1. 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development.
  2. Knowledge of web-based software as a service (SaaS).
  3. Proven ability to develop relationships and provide strategic advice to Director and Executive-level contacts.
  4. Exceptional time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Experience in email or digital marketing is a plus.
