Job Description

The Business Development Associate role in our Corporate Group requires a skilled professional to provide general and administrative support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, preparing, and proofreading correspondence, accounts, and transactional documents.
  • Handling mail, maintaining email accounts, tracking follow-ups, and managing expense reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong working knowledge of corporate law, preferably with a Legal Administration and/or Law Clerk Diploma.
  • ~5+ years of solid work experience in a legal environment, with a demonstrated understanding of procedures and corporate transaction documents.
  • Knowledge of accounting/docketing systems and data management systems.
Salary and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary, estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 annually, based on industry standards and location. Additional benefits may include opportunities for career growth, a dynamic work environment, and a comprehensive compensation package.
