Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Puulse Marketing. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing deals.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through market research, professional networking, and client referrals.
- Presenting payment solutions to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value.
- Negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a demonstrable hunter mentality to build win-win relationships. Prior experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the payment services industry, is essential. You should also have a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
You will need to be extremely comfortable and adept in selling and handling complex sales involving multiple influencers. Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are also crucial. Self-motivation, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently are vital for this position.
