Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to our clients via phone and email
- Manage and maintain accurate records and data entry
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents
- Support business operations by performing tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Monday to Friday, approximately 40 hours per week
- 9-month employment term with opportunity to extend
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Date entry speed: 50 words + per minute
- Friendly and patient customer service phone voice
- Ability to deal confidently and professionally with customers and work deadlines
- Technical requirements include: phone, fax, email, Internet browsing, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
