  • Assist the Pastry Chef in the preparation of pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats.
  • Prepare ingredients and equipment for pastry production.
  • Operate kitchen equipment, including mixers, ovens, and refrigerators.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the Pastry Chef to ensure high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of cooking experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
  • Certificate or diploma from a recognized culinary school an asset.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift trays repeatedly and stand for long periods.
