Charles Hotel (HobNob Restaurant) is currently seeking a Pastry Cook to join our growing Team

**What you'll be doing**:
- Responsible for preparing menu items specific to pastry based on the menu requirements daily.
- Assisting Team Members when required to meet the cooking requirements.
- Ensures the rotation of food stocks and performs inventory control function.
- Checks the kitchen function sheets daily to ensure that the food items are available and that special item menu requirements are attainable.
**What you'll bring to the Team**:
- 2+ years culinary experience (with a focus on pastry) in a fine dining establishment preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Current Safe Food Handler’s Certificate
- Reliable transportation to Niagara on the Lake
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends & holidays

Pay: $18.40-$20.73 per hour
