Job Description
This full-time position involves providing administrative support to professionals in labor and employment law. Key responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing client files, preparing documentation, and performing various administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in secretarial studies or equivalent training, along with a minimum of three years' experience in legal secretarial work. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel, is essential. Bilingualism in English and French (spoken and written) is also required to assist lawyers in both languages. Familiarity with Maître and iManage Work 10 software is an asset.
