We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in the downtown Montreal office. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of $50,000-$60,000 per year.

Job Description

This role involves providing administrative support to our legal team, including diary management, meeting coordination, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word.

The successful candidate will also have a strong attention to detail, be able to multitask effectively, and prioritize tasks accordingly. In addition, they will possess excellent organizational skills, be proactive, and demonstrate a high level of initiative.

Requirements
  • Diploma of Vocational Secondary Studies (DVS) or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in office automation with legal specialization
  • 3-10 years' experience in legal secretarial work
  • Mastery of Word (advanced functions) and very good knowledge of the MsOffice suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
