We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Law Administrator to join our team in downtown Montreal. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our legal team.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position (37.5 hours/week) with the opportunity for remote work (3 days a week). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Assist with special projects and events as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a law firm or legal setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
