Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Fairdeal Travel. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department, ensuring they meet the organization's goals. This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
