Job Summary

The Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (SIIT) is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead the Indigenous Skills and Employment Training Program. This key role will oversee program operations, finance, and data management while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Lead program operations, including financial management, data analysis, and strategic planning
- Foster partnerships with government agencies, Tribal Councils, and Independent First Nations
- Ensure timely financial reporting and compliance with agreements and regulations
- Develop and implement capacity-building activities for regional Labour Force Development
- Coordinate team efforts to deliver high-quality services and meet program goals

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management and program leadership
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills

What We Offer
