Job Description

The Application Specialist will provide operational support for front-line staff using DNA, online banking, and various other systems. This position will act as a resource on numerous projects as required and participate in testing changes to systems. Ideal candidates have previous banking experience looking to transition to a more back-office operational role or those with Help Desk experience seeking a new challenge. This permanent full-time position offers flexibility to be based in our Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Head Office or one of our branch locations, with the option to work remotely, in the office, or hybrid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational support for front-line staff using DNA, online banking, and various other systems.
  • Acting as a resource on numerous projects as required.
  • Participating in testing changes to systems.
Qualifications
  • Experience with banking systems (preference to Fiserv – DNA Banking System).
  • Experience with online banking systems.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional time-management and administrative skills.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic self-starter and strong team player.
  • Flexible and willing to take on tasks as assigned.

Location and Schedule

This position can be based in our Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Head Office or one of our branch locations, with flexibility to work remotely, in the office, or hybrid. The schedule consists of day shifts from Monday to Friday.
