Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial targets and drive operational excellence.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Manage and mentor department heads, promoting effective communication, teamwork, and a supportive work environment.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational performance to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Lead the recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, upholding our commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
