Overview:
Pro Del Transit Lines is a dynamic transportation company seeking an organized and detail-oriented Business Office Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders, this role plays a critical part in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.
Job Description:
We are looking for someone who can effectively manage administrative tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain accurate records. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in basic bookkeeping and data entry.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents with attention to detail
- Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliation
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Organize and schedule office work to ensure efficient use of time and resources
- Store, update and retrieve financial data as required
