Business Operations Coordinator

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging role in business operations? Chandni Victoria Convention Centre is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards in the location.
Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide support to our daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging seminars and conferences, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our convention centre
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate logistics for events
- Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate records, order office supplies, and manage inventory
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
