Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Pathway Recruiters Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring that all office administrative tasks are carried out efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for establishing work priorities, coordinating office activities, and maintaining accurate records.

The salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with 35 hours of work per week.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency;
  • Reviewing and evaluating existing procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and effective;
  • Coordinating office activities and maintaining accurate records;
  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring that deadlines are met;
  • Administering policies and procedures related to record release under government legislation;
  • Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget and maintaining inventory controls;
  • Performing data entry tasks as required;
  • Training staff members on new procedures and protocols;
  • Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures;
  • Resolving conflict situations in a professional manner;
