About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with demonstrated expertise in developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and lead generation. This role plays a pivotal part in driving digital marketing initiatives and campaigns that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in developing and executing effective marketing strategies, collaborating seamlessly with the digital marketing team.

Success in this position demands a knack for generating strong leads through strategic campaign creation, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment of day-to-day marketing activities and evolving needs. Strong organizational skills, proactivity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential. Previous experience in working within the finance and real estate sector is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications campaigns and strategies, continuously monitoring their effectiveness.
  2. Define key performance indicators for each communications channel, assessing campaign success and adjusting strategies as needed.
  3. Supervise the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure alignment with the organization's brand, encompassing materials such as white papers, website copy, and more.
  4. Formulate and implement a PR strategy, engaging with media to enhance the organization's profile.
  5. Identify key target markets and product benefits, collaborating with the creative team to produce compelling advertising and informational content for various platforms.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  2. Five to seven years of proven experience in advertising and marketing.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and digital advertising techniques.
  4. Proficient in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms.
  5. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  6. Demonstrates an ability to anticipate needs and proactively plan, requiring minimal guidance.
  7. Strong work ethic and team player – trustworthy, capable, and reliable.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
