We're seeking a highly motivated and dynamic real estate sales buyer's agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. This role involves adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget.
  • Follow up with prospects via various forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads.
  • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market.
  • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close.
  • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience.
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads.
  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sales between the buyer and seller to achieve desired results.
Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the local real estate market conditions and current real estate trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A valid Ontario Real Estate License is required.
  • A consistent record of sales success is expected.
  • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry.
