About the Position

This role involves developing new private client business from the investing public. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking. You must be an ambitious self-starter with strong sales and client service skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to meet individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and tailor solutions that align with their financial goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy execution.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in business, insurance, real estate, or other professional sales capacities.
  • Good business and financial sense, with interest in real estate, finance, and the economy.
  • Excellent networking, people, and selling skills.
  • Strong client service skills and ability to confidently manage client interactions.
  • High performance standards and ability to put time in to achieve results.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role requires daily attendance at our head office in Toronto or Burlington, ON. Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or the IFSE Exempt Market Proficiency (EMP) course is required prior to start date.
