About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $55,000 per annum. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will work closely with our management team to identify talent acquisition needs and develop strategies to attract top candidates. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and evaluating candidate inventories
  • Contacting potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • Coordinating selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notifying applicants of results and preparing job offers

In addition to your recruitment expertise, we require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. You will also have a strong understanding of MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
