Responsibilities:

  • Open, prepare, and sort all incoming mail for digital imaging and processing.
  • Analyze document contents to identify the appropriate business unit.
  • Track specific mail streams and processes using defined methodologies.
  • Perform high-speed document scanning and manage related equipment.
  • Monitor workflow queues to troubleshoot and resolve imaging issues.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma required.
  • 1-2 years of previous customer service or administrative experience.
  • The ability to lift and handle boxes weighing approximately 20–30 lbs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong PC skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate internal systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Critical attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with business unit document types.
  • Experience operating office equipment and troubleshooting hardware or software issues (1+ years).
