Senior Talent Management Leader, Strategic Learning and Growth

Aviva, a leading insurance company, is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Management Leader to drive strategic learning and growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management framework to identify key business challenges and close talent gaps
- Provide strategic direction and leadership in the development of innovative change management and organizational development best practices
- Drive succession planning across the organization and contribute to talent review processes, secondments, and leadership development initiatives
- Develop a coordinated approach to drive performance and cultural change across the company
- University Degree or equivalent experience in Business or Human Resources
- Strong technical capabilities in talent management with expertise in training and development
- Broad knowledge of principles, strategies, and practices of talent management
- Change leadership credentials with 8-10 years progressive leadership roles
- Proven track record in implementing talent strategies across a large, multi-disciplined organization
- $113,500 - $210,900 salary range
