Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management framework to identify key business challenges and close talent gaps
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership in the development of innovative change management and organizational development best practices
  • Drive succession planning across the organization and contribute to talent review processes, secondments, and leadership development initiatives
  • Develop a coordinated approach to drive performance and cultural change across the company
Requirements
  • University Degree or equivalent experience in Business or Human Resources
  • Strong technical capabilities in talent management with expertise in training and development
  • Broad knowledge of principles, strategies, and practices of talent management
  • Change leadership credentials with 8-10 years progressive leadership roles
  • Proven track record in implementing talent strategies across a large, multi-disciplined organization
